Evaluation/Estimate:
$39.99 TCI will determine what is causing a problem with your desktop computer and will estimate the cost of repair.
$75.99 TCI will determine what is causing a problem with your notebook (laptop) computer and will estimate the cost of repair.

Virus Removal

Data Transfer or Recovery
TCI will take data files (including documents, pictures, e-mail files, etc.) and place them onto either your new computer, a CD/DVD or an external Hard Drive. TCI cannot transfer programs (Microsoft Office, Games, and Internet Security). They will need to be re-installed from the original discs that came with the program. We can also recover deleted files even from a reformatted drive.

Cleaning:
Dust that collects in your PC can wreak havoc on your computers vital components. For $14.99 TCI will clean out your computer (in addition to evaluation/service as requested or determined by technician).

Software Installation:
TCI will install any program (including Microsoft Office, Games, Internet Security Suites). Installation of Operating System (Microsoft XP/Vista/7) is a separate service.

*Deposit is required on Evaluation and Service. ($39.99-Desktops; $75.99-Notebooks). Deposit will be applied to either: evaluation fee, labor and/or parts.
