We arrange regular visits On-site to check for the smooth running of the network, look for problems and quickly resolve them. The level of support is determined by the client’s requirements and budgets.
PRE-PAID SUPPORT HOURS
Pre-purchase of Block Hours is ideally suited for businesses who want the security of having an IT professional on call for IT support issues when problems occur at a discounted rate.
Our Pre-paid ten (10) hour Time Block is $85.00 per hour or $850.00 for each block. Our normal hourly rate is $95.00 per hour. You can purchase as many Time Blocks as you wish.
